With the New York City skyline behind us, and having spent 4 wonderful days as, "The Best of New York City", all of the 50 travelers (always a fear of the tour escort is to leave someone behind) will board our motor coach and head west.
We were pampered and had a superb tour guide in Marta Cooper for the duration of our trip.
The anxiety that may have been in the back of our minds prior to starting the trip into the city on 9/11 is a distant memory. Sure, there were signs of extra security and precautions taken, but we were never in harms way.
